Cake Sale

We were looking forward so much to our Bake Sale in support of  Laura Lynn. Thanks so much to all the girls who visited us and to our mums and dads for all the help with the preparation and transport of goodies!, We made almost €3000!!! We are delighted.

Bake Sale

On Friday November 27th Ms. Keating’s and Ms. Kearns’ 6th classes held a Bake Sale in aid of LauraLynn, a charity that helps very sick children and their families.All week the two classes were busy preparing for the sale making posters, decorations and of course baking. All of the classes came and a lot of fun was had all round. We are still counting the money but so far our total is €1705 .It was a really great day!





We wish sixth class every happiness as they move on to secondary school. Well done girls. It’s been a pleasure knowing you.  Just a small snapshot of our busy year in the video below

Dáil Report

After the success of our National Children’s Choir performance in the basketball arena, sixth class visited the National Museum and the Dáil. We learned a lot. Lucinda Creighton T.D. met with us and answered questions. Maybe one of us will be a T.D one day!


We explored balance in PE. We collaborated in groups to perform a sequence of balances.

Bake Sale

On Friday 12th sixth class invited the whole school to a bake sale in aid of Childline which is in need of urgent funding to support its evening service. To date, we have raised  €1700! Thank you to all the pupils and teachers who supported us and a big thanks to the mums and dads for joining in with the baking. Well done girls, you should be very proud of yourselves.
